One of the sensations that gingerbread brings is the chocolate melting in your mouth. The BOLD topping inspired by the flavor also provides this delicious taste experience. This way, a delicious explosion happens while you eat BOLD Gingerbread.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends limiting sugar intake to 10% of all daily calories. However, the industry abuses the substance, since it is quite palatable. In other words, it makes the food tastier. BOLD found strategies to make the bars incredibly tasty without having to add a single gram of sugar. How?

Gluten free
Gluten is only a problem for those who are intolerant to the substance, have celiac disease, allergies, and others. But all BOLD bars are free of the substance. This prevents cross-contamination (when an ingredient comes into contact with a food indirectly, due to its presence in utensils and even in the air). For those who are gluten-free, a fraction of the ingredient is enough to cause problems. Since we do not use the substance in our delicious bars, you can eat BOLDs without fear.
Lots of fiber
The daily intake of fiber should be 6 grams (according to the WHO) and BOLD Pão de Mel has 5. Along with other macronutrients, such as protein and carbohydrates in privileged quantities, this bar will give you a lot of satiety. It will also provide benefits such as:

According to our food engineer, Guilherme Abid, specialized literature recommends 1.5 grams per kilo. In other words, if you weigh 60 kilos, you should consume 90 grams (60 × 1.5) of the macronutrient daily.
